Among Us, Fall Guys and Valorant are the most searched games of the year on Google

The analytical agency Games Industry has published infographics of the gaming industry for 2020.

The total volume of the gaming market by October amounted to 174,9 billion dollars - 19,6% more than last year. 49% of funds come from mobile games, 29% from console games and 22% from PC.

FIFA 21 was the best-selling game for 2020 in the UK retail, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is in the lead in Japan. In the US, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War took first place.

Among Us, Fall Guys and Valorant have become the most popular games of 2020 in terms of Google searches.

In terms of the number of publications in the media, Fortnite (75 thousand materials), Cyberpunk 2077 (72 thousand) and The Last of Us 2 (57 thousand) are in the lead.

Garena Free Fire, Among Us is the second most downloaded mobile game of the year. Most mobile games are downloaded by users from India, followed by the US, Brazil and Russia.
