The Stinger costs 1,000 credits and is unique for its extremely high rate of fire.
It has an ADS mode alternative fire mode consisting of a four-shot burst with less spread. Stinger has low damage per shot compared to almost any other weapon in the game, and also has an absurdly high spread, resulting in reduced accuracy. However, it is very cheap and has extremely high damage per second. It can easily kill any player nearby at close range. Stinger useful for shopping when your team has little money but wants to participate in the round.
The Stinger should only be used at close ranges, and this is where it shines, surpassing even rifles in damage per second, but given the low magazine capacity - 20 rounds per magazine - every shot still needs to be considered, especially when facing a group of enemies. . It can burn all its bullets in a second, causing the user to reboot frequently.

The Stinger design appears to be based on the LWRC prototype SMG-45, with a trigger guard shape based on B&T APC9.
CQ-SBR stands for Close Quarters - Short Barreled Rifle, the latter being the usual U.S. designation for carbines chambered for rifle or pistol caliber cartridges.
