You need to change your region in Valorant for one of several reasons written below.
- The region does not correspond to the player's real location. This often happens because Valorant at the ZBT stage fell to players who watched American streams, although they were not there themselves. How to change a region
When it comes to changing regions without registering a new Riot account, the only option is to contact support.
Support may well help, but only if the region does not agree with your real location. As written above, the situation has been frequent for players since the closed beta test stage, when the game dropped out while watching foreign streams.
You just have to write in support with a request for a change of country, explain the situation In the reply message, you will most likely receive a questionnaire with questions to be answered in the message. In the list of data that will have to be provided, will be

- your current IP address and the old IPs from which the game was played (if any);
- a number of personal data (full name, date of birth and others).

Since Voice Chat is disabled in Russia, many are trying to get around the problem through support in the same way. Unfortunately, it's unlikely that anything will work out. If the settings say "RUS" and you actually live in the country, then support will in most cases refuse to change.
What to do if you want to talk to Valorant
There are cases where it is possible to solve the problem using a VPN. By running the program and choosing a European country, perhaps support will see that the region is incorrectly defined and will make a replacement.
